Interested families:  no puppy is held for you without a deposit.  Until a deposit is paid, any puppy you inquire on is available for another family to purchase.  Often times puppies have multiple inquires at once.  Please understand that most inquires on puppies do not result in an adoption- we have no way to tell if you intend to follow through unless your put down a deposit.

We socialize our puppies at our horse riding stable from 6-8 weeks of age.  This gets them exposed to sights, sounds, children and adults as well as getting use to getting out of the house in a temperature controlled and safe environment.  Buyers with deposits paid are welcome to come meet the puppies, by appointment, at this time.

WAIT LIST families have deposits paid before a litter is born.  These families have first pick on puppies when they are born.  Picks are done 1) paid breeding rights first, if any  2) in order of "pet only" deposits received.  Those with deposits are asked to pick by 4 weeks of age by photos/videos (or sooner).  

We welcome in person meets to those with deposits pre-paid at/after 6 weeks of age, however, to make sure all littermates get home opportunities, we can not hold puppies this long for picks. 

We do not offer puppy meets before 6 weeks of age.

Furry family members:  We love new families to have their dogs come along, however due to bio-security we cannot have outside dogs exposed to puppies until at least 2 weeks after their first vaccination (10 weeks of age).
